- At the check-out the Agriturismo will charge Tourist Tax, not included in the price, if applied
- Transportation service is not included. Quotation available on request
- Entrance to the spa does not include a swimming suit, towels, slippers and the mandatory swimming cap. It is possible to rent a bathrobe and slippers and buy a swimming cap directly at the spa
- The Padel match booking includes padel racket and balls. It is suggested to wear sportswear

Cancellation policy
Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% refund.
Cancellations arriving more than 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the balance.
No refunds are provided for cancellations that arrive more than 48 hours after arrival.
