Detox week in Valdichiana Senese between physical activity and Zero Km organic products
You will take part to outdoor yoga and pilates lessons with a qualified trainer between the scents of the Tuscan countryside and the sounds of nature in the garden of your country accommodation where you will stay in peace and quiet. A special lesson will take place on the shore of Lake Chiusi, where the Etruscans developed and many Etruscan valuable treasures are guarded by the city of Chiusi.
During the week you will visit two local companies, famous for their “green” philosophy and the highest quality products, such as Pecorino cheese and organic detoxifying products; in each company you will taste a healthy and zero-km tasting lunch with local organic products.
Take advantage of free outdoor time to discover independently the country paths with pleasant walks, we will provide you the most suggestive itineraries!

Yoga lesson on the shore of Lake Chiusi with picnic on the grass.
After the activity and the picnic we suggest a walk in the historic centre of the Etruscan city of Chiusi to visit the National Etruscan Museum, where you will see works of great historical and artistic value including sphinxes and canoes.
Pilates lesson in the garden of the country accommodation.
Visit of a dairy and lunch with tasting of Pecorino di Pienza at different levels of maturation.
