Transfer to Caseificio Cugusi, which produces Pecorino di Pienza cheese since 1962, to meet Silvana Cugusi. Caseificio Cugusi’s Gran Riserva cheese has been valued super gold, the maximum world recognition for cheese, and it is listed among the 84 best cheeses in the world. Silvana’s story is a story of tradition, passion and authentic taste. 
Light lunch in the cheese factory, with the backdrop of one of the best landscapes in Tuscany. 

Transfer to Chiusi and visit of the Etruscan city. Descent to the underground city where the largest collection of Etruscan funerary urns is kept. 

Meeting with Tiziana Tacchi, recipient of the best hostess in Italy prize from Slow Food and chef director of the Il Grillo è Buon Cantore restaurant, where the happiness of those at the table is set as the main goal. The story of Tiziana is a story of researching local products and manufacturing processes. The study of the leavening is at the center of her recipes, reinterpreting traditional cuisine with a pinch of imagination. Not just food, what’s striking about Tiziana is her vision and her commitment to the growth of the territory.

Meeting with Donatella Cinelli Colombini, founder of the Movement for Wine Tourism and creator of the “Cantine aperte” event. Nowadays she teaches wine tourism in three universities as well as being the director of Fattoria del Colle in Trequanda and Casato Prime Donne in Montalcino, where women’s energy is expressed in hospitality and popularization of the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Orcia DOC.
Donatella will welcome you to her Casato Prime Donne cellar to tell you about the realization of her dream, celebrated by transforming her grandfather’s recommendation not to give her name to the company in a proud statement of her identity. You will meet the passionate Donatella, the visionary who bets on women, the revolutionary who opens italian cellars to tourists. 

Visit of Montalcino. Lunch and free time.

Transfer to Montepulciano and meeting with Caterina Dei, owner of Cantina Dei. When at 28 her father asked her to take care of the vineyard, Caterina had just graduated in literature and dreamed of music and theater. But after the first harvest it was love and she has never left the territory, without ever abandoning the passion for art. Today Cantina Dei is one of the most refined expressions of the link between art, wine and architecture, expertly guided by Caterina's vision.

Transfer to Montefollonico and meeting with Puscina Flower’s Laura and Teresa. Together, they run a flower factory: they produce organic flowers and deal with arrangements for big events. In Italy there are about ten flower factories and theirs is the largest one. In Laura and Teresa’s beautiful garden you will experience flower art in a flower lab, accompanied by an all female happy hour. 

Departure for Florence, the Renaissance city. Between contemporary culture and wonders of the past: secret experiences such as the pharmaceutical perfume workshop where Caterina de’ Medici’s perfumes were produced.
