Program
Arrival at the agriturismo and check-in. In the afternoon, visit the historic center of Montepulciano, a village that enchants with its medieval streets and its impressive underground cellars. During the tour, taste the famous Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, accompanied by Tuscan IGP extra virgin olive oil.
Start your day with a visit to a local dairy, where you will discover how the Pecorino di Pienza, famous for its unique taste, is made. During the tasting, explore the different agings of this extraordinary cheese, learning about the work of the producers. After the visit, stroll through the historic center of Pienza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and be captivated by the views that open up over the hills of the Val d’Orcia.
After checking out, head to a farm of Chianina cattle, known throughout the world for the quality of their meat. You will have lunch at the farm, where the Chianina IGP meat will be the absolute protagonist, cooked according to local traditions.
