Wine tour with the independent winemakers

Visit two wineries in Tuscany and meet the FIVI winemakers

The independent winemaker is a true craftsman of viticulture, the one who cultivates the grapes and follows the wine production cycle in every detail, up to bottling and marketing. Walking through the rows of vines with a FIVI (Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers) winemaker you will discover all the secrets of their productions, from the characteristics sought in the terroir, to the times of vinification. Above all, you will understand that good wine is born from the love for viticulture, a love made up of many small daily gestures, which guarantee the authenticity of the product and become a tool in the protection of the territory.
