Would you like to spend some days in the Tuscan countryside in the quiet beauty of its hills and pick up a few secrets to bring home with you? You will learn how to make “pici,” one of the most famous dish of the local cuisine, by rolling and rubbing it with both hands.  We will season it with the healthy herbs that grow on these hills, you will learn to recognize them during a walk with an expert gatherer. When you think of Tuscany, you think of Sangiovese grape. In Montepulciano, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG is produced with a clone of Sangiovese grape, called Prugnolo Gentile. 
On an eletric bike, you will visit one of the best sustainable wineries, tasting wine and typical products. The holiday continues with other activities: a visit to an organic farm that produces extra virgin olive oil and an outdoor picnic to reconnect with nature.
 

PROGRAM
Day 1
Arrival at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme train station, pick up with electric van and check-in at the accommodation.
Visit and tasting in the organic farm of the territory with tasting of typical products.

Day 2
Walk with expert guide for the recognition of wild herbs, followed by tasting of products made with herbs.
Cooking class of pici and fresh pasta with lunch.
Tour in e-bike with expert guide and stop at the Montepulciano winery with tasting of Vino Nobile and Rosso di Montepulciano.

Day 3
Picnic with organic products from the Valdichiana Senese;
Departure to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme train station.
