The new way to experience summer in Montepulciano’s wineries
Every Friday in July, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., there is a new way to experience summer in Montepulciano’s wineries with Le Notti del Vino.
A calendar of outdoor events to enjoy in the cool of the evening at Montepulciano’s wineries. Wine tastings, grilled Chianina beef and an informal atmosphere to share with others, among the vineyards at sunset.
How does it work?
- Book online
- Pay the entrance ticket: €10 per person, which includes a glass, glass holder and the first wine tasting
- If you already have the event glass, the entrance ticket is €7
- Enjoy grilled Chianina beef prepared by Amici della Chianina, or ask for a tasting of local cheeses if you are vegetarian
- Taste the winery’s wines, available both by the glass and by the bottle

What if it rains?
Whether the evenings take place depends on the weather conditions at the time.
Updates will be published on the Facebook and Instagram pages of Strada del Vino Nobile di Montepulciano e dei Sapori della Valdichiana Senese.
Do I need to book?
Yes, it is better to book in advance using the booking form. Once the form has been completed, the booking is confirmed. It can be made for several people and helps us organize the evening in the best possible way, ensuring there is enough wine and food for everyone. Booking guarantees entry to the event but not an assigned seat.
Where should I go once I arrive at the winery?
Look for the payment desk, tell us the name used for the booking and purchase your glass.
Can children participate in the event?
Yes, children are welcome. Entry is free and water and drinks suitable for younger guests will also be available.
What if I don’t drink alcohol?
That’s serious, but not too serious!
Come and enjoy the music, the sunset and an evening in good company.
