New Olive Oil Festival
From 11th to 20th October Trequanda presents to the big public its production of new olive oil
The New Olive Oil Festival is by now a classic event of the municipality of Trequanda, which with this festival traditionally opens the series of events dedicated to the new Tuscan oil production. The festival focuses on the production of new oil, a leading product of Val di Chiana Senese, as well as of other parts of Tuscany. The festival is organized by Trequanda administration with the local associations, and features numerous events, including meetings, markets and, of course, fresh oil tastings.
The dates of the event
- From Friday 11 October to Sunday 13 October in Castelmuzio (hamlet in the Trequanda municipality)
- Friday 18 October in Petroio
- Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October in Trequanda
